Arkana Architects unveils the Oberoi Villa, its latest residence in Indonesia, which showcases a groundbreaking design that fluidly connects the interiors with their natural surroundings, and fosters an open dialogue between the multiple houses within the villa. The focal point of this work of tropical architecture is the main house which spans two floors that have been thoughtfully designed to encourage unrestricted communication and maintain constant air circulation throughout the dwelling.

lofty, interconnected interiors

The main house of the Oberoi Villa is thoughtfully planned by Arkana Architects to obscure the boundaries between indoor and outdoor living. The ground floor features an open kitchen and a bedroom, blending the culinary experience with the living space and forging a strong bond with nature. This approach enables occupants to experience the outdoor beauty while enjoying in the modern comforts of the interior.

A master bedroom suite can be found on the mezzanine floor of the main house. As with the ground floor, this level is organized with an open layout, and looks down onto the spaces below. Occupants can easily engage in conversations between this mezzanine and the ground floor, maintaining a sense of togetherness throughout.
